学习使用OpenCV，对输入的一段彩色视频，用OpenCV实现以下功能或要求: 1. 对输入视频的每一帧图像都用同一个阈值进行二值化； 2.在每帧二值化图像上叠加上含自己学号与姓名等信息的版权字幕； 3. 在处理的过程中，实时显示每帧图片处理之后的效果； 4.将所有这些二值化图像按视频原来顺序合成输出一个视频文件，按原输入视频播放速度的两倍合成； 5. 做成如下的命令行格式，xxx.exe 输入视频文件名 二值化阈值 输出视频文件名（例如 MyBiVideo.exe input.avi 50 output.avi ） 这里的二值化有两种选择，可以手动收入阈值，也可以直接用OTSU算法的较优阈值直接二值化。(Learn to use OpenCV, for some color video input, with the OpenCV following functions or requirements: 1. 说明：  尼康相机拍摄的原始数据RAW格式，matlab实现该类格式的读取，显示。便于计算机进行后续的处理。直接运行即可。(RaW format of raw data captured by Nikon camera, which is read and displayed by matlab. It is convenient for computer to carry out follow-up processing. It can run directly.)

用于将视频文件转换成帧图像、帧图像转换为mat语言等(Converts a video file to a frame image, then converts it into a number matrix and the inverse process)

指纹分类是指纹识别重要环节，该程序是指纹分类中LENXMID的MATLAB源码(Fingerprint classification is an important part of fingerprint identification, fingerprint classification in the program is the MATLAB source LENXMID)

说明：  HEBBHEDSIHERMSHERSIHE 可直接运行的直方图增强算法。(HEBBHEDSIHERMSHERSIHE can be directly run by histogram enhancement algorithm.)

对图像进行滤波，顶帽变换并计算中心，有图片，可直接运行。(The image filtering, top-hat transform and Computing Center, there are images which can be directly run.)

说明：  图像多尺度几何分析 contourlet 变换的matlab工具箱(Multiscale geometric analysis contourlet transform matlab toolbox)

说明：  取一个最优阈值把原图像分为前景色与背景色，两部分的类间方差越大，说明两部分差别越大，便能有效的分割图像。(Image threshold segmentation)
