说明：  直流电机双闭环系统，实现转速和电流的反馈，根据给定的不同，电动机转速也会不同(DC motor double closed loop system)

风电机组电压波动与闪变的发射强度与传播规律simulink仿真(The voltage fluctuation of wind power unit and the emission intensity and propagation rule simulink simulation.)

说明：  通过频谱来模拟波浪，程序为Jonswap谱的波浪模拟，可随意调整谱参数、时间间隔和模拟的时间长度(The wave is simulated by the spectrum, and the program is a wave simulation of the Jonswap spectrum. The spectral parameters, time interval and length of the simulation can be adjusted at will.)
