    基于 AVR 单片机的水温自动控制系统 摘要: 本系统以 ATMEGA16 单片机作为系统的检测和控制核心,采用温度传感器 AD590实现0—100℃温度范围内的实时温度采集,通过双向可控硅 BT136 控制电热杯对系统进行加热,利用继电器控制半导体制冷片对系统进行散热。通过一线键盘实现对任意温度值进行设定并对模糊 PID 参数的调整,液晶 LCD1602 实时更新显示当前温度测量值与键盘设定温度值。利用模糊 PID 算法,通过调功法对水温系统进行控制,实现在 0—100℃范围内任意设定温度值,静态误差小于±0.5℃。 关键词: AVR 单片机 水温自动控制 模糊 PID 算法 (AVR Microcontroller Based Temperature Control System Abstract: This system ATMEGA16 microcontroller as the core monitoring and control system using the temperature sensor AD590 0-100 ℃ temperature range to achieve real-time temperature acquisition, through triac BT136 control system for electric heating cup, using relay control system for semiconductor cooling heat tablet. Achieved through the keyboard line value for any temperature setting and adjustment of fuzzy PID parameters, real-time updates LCD1602 LCD displays the current temperature measurements and the keyboard set temperature.
