说明：  遥感图像分割,包括七幅图像matlab实现(image segntme)

opencv图像库函数集，有关最新的opencv新增函数的应用(opencv functions)

利用基于直方图的自适应阈值方法实现分割前景与背景(Segmentation of foreground and background using histogram-based adaptive threshold method)

本源代码是自己编写的关于图像小目标的检测（matlab版），其中包括对不同对比度、信噪比下的图像小目标进行检测。(The source code is written about the image of his small target detection (matlab edition), including the different contrast, signal-to-noise ratio of image detect small targets.)

采用matlab，代码经过修改，可以去除阴影，但还不能在实际应用中用，不过有一定的参考价值(Using matlab, the code has been modified to remove the shadow, but it can not be used in the actual application, but there is a certain reference value)

说明：  一个pcnn方面的程序，比较原始，但是效果好(A PCNN procedures, more original, but effective)

本程序用于图像恢复，主要针对运动模糊和离焦模糊图像恢复问题，效果较好。(failed to translate)

说明：  静止背景下运动目标检测，采用帧间差分的方法进行运动目标识别(Static background motion detection, frame difference methods using Moving Object Recognition)
