该程序是对输入的数字图片进行特征提取，以得到图片对应的向量，从而为下一步的识别提供帮助。(The program is to input the number of picture feature extraction in order to obtain the corresponding vector images, so as to identify the next step to help.)

RINGSDK包含界面库和图象库,我编译过，可以使用(RINGSDK is a interface lib )

线性变换，如图像的拉伸变换等，调试通过，简单易学(Linear transformation, such as image stretching transformation, debugging through easy to learn)

说明：  使用matlab 的GUI界面，添加图像锐化增强函数，进行交互式操作(Image sharpening enhancement)

中值滤波，取出奇数个数据进行排序，用排序后的中值取代要处理的数据即可(median filtering.rar)

说明：  该算法的功能是实现时频分析中多种分析方法后续处理中的图像压缩功能，进一步提高图像的时频分辨率(The function of the algorithm is to realize the image compression function in the subsequent processing of various analysis methods in time-frequency analysis, and further improve the time-frequency resolution of the image)
