一个双向总线的vhdl实现

用Verilog HDL，实现的FPGA串口调试程序，已经在硬件上调试成功(With Verilog HDL, FPGA serial debugger implemented in hardware debugging has been successful)

说明：  利用verilog写的PWM 程序，来实现产生呼吸灯的效果。(Using xerilog to generate breathing lamp)

fpga串口的接收程序基于verilog语言拿走不用谢。(The receiving program of FPGA serial port is based on Verilog language.)
