追赶法解求解方程组

里面提供两个函数，分别是公历转农历，农历转公历。时间最多到2100年，网上有很多公历转农历的案例，农历转公历的很难找到，自己写了个，传上来，函数都封装好了，按结构体输入后就可以直接使用了！
