RS232数据发送器,适合于VHDL的初学者参考-RS232 data transmitter, suitable for beginners VHDL reference

说明：  Simple UART for FPGA is UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver & Transmitter) controller for serial communication with an FPGA. The UART controller was implemented using VHDL 93 and is applicable to any FPGA. Simple UART for FPGA requires: 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit! The UART controller was simulated and tested in hardware.

通过MATLAB产生单脉冲信号的数据，存储下来作为verilog代码实现的DDS的数据源，用于验证DA数据的ddio的调试是否有问题。(The data of monopulse signal generated by MATLAB is stored as the data source of DDS implemented by Verilog code to verify whether the ddio debugging of DA data is problematic.)

自己根据xapp1052修改的源代码，已经编译成功，并应用在开发板上。(According xapp1052 own modified source code has been successfully compiled and used in the development board.)
