基于fpga的交织编码器设计，主要讲叙如何在fpga上实现交织编码器。-something about turbo。

在本次设计中，设计了一款软件，可以实现四个选手抢答问题的模式。包括有计时模块、计分模块、分频模块、消抖模块以及动态显示模块。模块中，有一部分是通过VHDL编程实现，有一部分是通过直接调用软件库中的逻辑器件进行组合，进而设计成一个大模块；最后，把这些所有的模块都进行正确的组合，得到正确的仿真结果，下载到FPGA开发板上，同样可以正确的实现（显示第一个抢答选手的号数以及当前各个选手的积分情况）

这是用Verilog编写的OV7670摄像头驱动代码，带FIFO，经测试可用。(This is written in Verilog OV7670 camera driver code, with FIFO, tested available.)

Verilog HDL编写的键盘扫描程序，考虑了判断按键弹起的问题。程序按一定的频率用低电平循环扫描行线，同时检测列线的状态，一旦判断有一列为低则表示有键被按下，停止扫描并保持当前行线的状态，再读取列线的状态从而得到当前按键的键码；等待按键弹起：检测到各列线都变成高点平后，重新开始扫描过程，等待下一次按键。-Written in Verilog HDL keyboard scanner, taking into account to determine key bounce problem.
