本程序基于MFC，VS2010编写，是一款可以打开任意视频格式的播放器，具有打开视频（任意格式，avi，mp4, rmvb,asf,avi,mpeg等）， 具有快进，快退，暂停，播放，上一帧，下一帧，截图，拍照，快速播放慢速播放功能，同时提供图像处理功能（视频图像增强，视频图像去雾，海上目标检测功能）。(This program is based on MFC, VS2010. It is a player that can open any video format. It has open video (arbitrary format, avi, mp4, rmvb, asf, avi, mpeg, etc.). It has the functions of fast forward, fast backward, pause, playback, last frame, next frame, screenshot, photograph, fast playback and slow playback. It also provides image processing functions (video image enhancement, video image defogging, sea target detection).)

基于meanshift算法的目标跟踪，主要是基于opencv车辆跟踪！！！程序当中进行简单的图像分割(Based on the meanshift algorithm of image segmentation and target tracking.)

说明：  用jpeg对图像进行编码解码，里面包含界面，以及图片(Using JPEG to encode and decode the image)

图像纹理特征提取matlab，计算图像的粗糙度、方向度等特征。(Image texture feature extraction matlab, calculated image roughness, and other characteristics of the direction of degrees.)

说明：  光流计算得到运动场。使用算法为Lucas Kanade算法。(optical flow calculated Sports Ground. Lucas uses algorithms to Kanade algorithm.)

通过GDAL读取常用遥感影像，如img，tiff，可实现读取显示和雷达影像处理的一些基本算法(Read through GDAL common remote sensing images, such as img, tiff, read the display and radar can achieve some of the basic image processing algorithms)

目前MATLAB里边对于多点计算仿射矩阵普遍采用RANSAC法，但是比较麻烦计算量也相对较大，通过最小二乘法来进行仿射矩阵的估计能够大大提高该效率，所以奉上自己在实验室写的仿射矩阵估计函数，来弥补matlab函数库在这方面的不足。(The MATLAB inside for calculating affine matrix commonly used RANSAC method, but more trouble calculation is relatively large, estimated by the least squares method to the affine matrix can greatly improve the efficiency, so give yourself in laboratory to write the estimated affine matrix function, to compensate for the lack of MATLAB Library in this area.)
