DCT

一个简单的雷达动目标检测程序，仅供学习之用。(A simple radar moving target detection procedures, for learning purposes only.)

包含滤波模板，形态学运算，边缘检测结合经自己修改过的hough变换编写的vc程序，成功检测机场跑道和任何图像中最明显的现状特征，经测试，检测精度高。对学习vc编程用于图像处理有帮助。(hough transform based image processing package which is useful for detecting airfield like straight line features.)

给出了图像融合中三种经典的融合算法：加权融合、PCA融合和IHS融合。程序中有比较详细的说明，特别适合初学图像融合者使用(Image fusion are given the convergence of three classical algorithms: weighted fusion, PCA fusion and IHS fusion. Procedures are a more detailed explanation, especially for beginners to use the image fusion)

基于SVD的DCT域和DWT域的经典水印算法，该算法通过提取水印水印的主成分并把该主成分嵌入到奇异值矩阵，鲁邦性非常高。(the principal components of the watermark are embedded into the host image in discrete cosine transform (DCT) and for the second method, those are embedded into the host image in discrete wavelets transform (DWT). To improve the robustness, the particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used for finding the suitable scaling factors. )

说明：  对指定的一幅含有多个目标的灰度图像，进行基于阈值的图像分割处理，对结果图像进行基于数学形态学的后处理设计，以得到更理想的目标区域。最后对结果图像进行区域标记（以颜色区分不同区域）并提取目标个数、各目标区域的面积、圆形度等特征。(The gray image with multiple targets is segmented based on threshold, and the result image is designed based on mathematical morphology to get a better target area. Finally, we mark the region of the result image (distinguish different regions by color) and extract the number of targets, the area of each target region, roundness and other features.)

基于数学形态学的图像颗粒度分析算法，先去噪再求面积然后绘制颗粒度函数。(based on mathematical morphology particle size analysis algorithms, first try to de-noising area before drawing particles function.)

说明：  GOME-2数据反演叶绿素荧光算法代码，添加文件为GOME-2 level 1b级数据时，得到的Fs数组即为反演结果(Code of chlorophyll fluorescence algorithm retrieved from GOME-2 data)
