IDL关于图像感兴趣图像区域进行编辑并将结果输出，多ROI区域DN值信息比较(IDL about the region of the image interested in editing and exporting the results, and comparing the DN value information of the multiple ROI regions)

用c#和emgucv实现了1.显示图像的直方图，2.直方图均衡化，3.中值滤波，4.sobel算子，roberts算子和Prewitt算子的边缘提取。各算法均自己实现不是调用函数。但是读图片的信息是用的emgucv。希望和同样刚接触emgucv的同学共同进步(With c# and emgucv achieve a 1 shows a histogram of the image, 2. NCUT切割，对源码进行了改进，改进后取消了只能压缩到160*160才能切割的限制(NCUT cutting, source code improvements, improved to cancel restrictions can only be compressed to 160* 160 to cut)

用C语言实现位图格式的图像读取功能，可直接使用。(read BMP by C ,can be used directly.)
