自己编的改进谐波小波包实现程序，实现了信号经过谐波小波包变换后幅值不变，适合于机械故障特征提取(The own series improved harmonic wavelet packet achieve signal amplitude unchanged after harmonic wavelet packet transform, for mechanical fault feature extraction)

量化离散余弦变换系数的程序实现及其效果的检测。过程中使用了8x8的分块方法。首先计算每块的离散余弦变换（DCT)；然后量化了DCT的系数； 最后进行了反离散余弦变换(iDCT). 程序中还可以设定缩放系数。(Quantify the discrete cosine transform coefficients procedure and its effect detection. wpf各种统计图展示（直方图，饼图，折线图）

校正图像倾斜的程序，很好用，可以纠正几何投影变形(Image tilt correction procedures, very good use, you can correct the distortion geometric projection)
