Identifying overlapping period in time series.
Required input:
X = structure with in every cell (X{cell}) a measurement station.
every cell has its first three columns as [year,month,day]
Output:
begin_date = is beginning date of overlapping periods
end_date = end date of overlapping periods
output = structure with overlapping periods filtered
numcell = number of measurement stations
