本软件包包括四个程序，主要用于图像处理（图像去噪，图像分割）和模拟退火算法。(This package includes four procedures, mainly used for image processing (image denoising, image segmentation) and simulated annealing algorithm.)

说明：  噪声估计法，先定位噪声点，再实行去噪处理(Noise estimation method, first locate the noise points, then implement denoising.)

说明：  在VC中实现了使用Moravec算子对遥感影像进行特征点的提取，缺点是速度较慢。不过提取效果不错！(Implemented in VC using Moravec operator of remote sensing images feature point extraction, the disadvantage is slow. However, extracting good results!)
