基于matlab的JPEG编解码程序。里面有2个程序，一个是程序是编解码过程，一个纯编码过程。含解释。(Program based on Matlab JPEG codec. There are two programs, one program is the process of encoding and decoding, a pure coding process. Containing explained.)

说明：  一个pcnn方面的程序，比较原始，但是效果好(A PCNN procedures, more original, but effective)

本程序是利用大气湍流公式对图像进行模糊处理( This program is the use of atmospheric turbulence equations fuzzy image processing)

说明：  用matlab写的分水岭算法用于图像分割写的不是很好有需要的看看吧(using Matlab was a watershed for image segmentation algorithm was not very good in need and let's see it)

序列图像中运动小目标检测跟踪，实用性很强，张天序教授的硕士生撰写的学位论文(Image sequences small moving target detection and tracking, very practical, Professor Zhang Tianxu of graduate students writing dissertations)

基于大气模型进行图像的去雾处理，以及均衡化的去雾处理(mage removal based on atmospheric model)

图像处理缩放，大小随意改变，平滑处理，基于vb6.0设计(Zoom image processing, size change, smooth deal, based on the design VB6.0)

中值滤波，取出奇数个数据进行排序，用排序后的中值取代要处理的数据即可(median filtering.rar)

1阶HMM模型多个观察值序列的评估和训练问题模型。适合用于图像纹理的去噪，分割等问题。程序用于为网友提供学习之用，由于是自编自用，所以如有不通的地方仅供参考。另由于数据较大，没有上传。(Evaluation and Training of multiObservation sequence Used by 1-order HMM)

先将图像分成一个个小区域后在进行合并，最后得到要提取的目标(First image into a small area after carrying out the merger, the final goal has been to extract)
