PCL是一个类似于OpenCV的开源库，提供了很多三维点云的处理功能，其中就包括点云拼接。在三维扫描项目中，需要利用点云拼接方法将多次扫描得到的点云数据拼合成一个整体。在本例中，用一幅包含人脸的深度图像去匹配之前获得的人脸模板，这将使我们能够确定人脸在场景中的位置和方向。(PCL is an open source library similar to OpenCV, which provides a lot of processing functions for three-dimensional point clouds, including point cloud mosaic. 利用分数阶傅里叶变换的方法，通过迭代相位将加密图像替换为所需要的相位达到加密效果，上传压缩包包括代码和图片，不需要任何修改即可运行。(Using a fractional Fourier transform, the iterative phase replaces the encrypted image with the required phase to achieve the encryption effect. 说明：  平台基于visual studio2015，使用opencv函数实现高斯滤波，进行图像处理(gaussian blur based on opencv)

说明：  这是一篇关于大气湍流退化图像复原的硕士论文，我用matlab对该论文中阐述的方法进行了仿真(This is a master's thesis on the restoration of atmospheric turbulence degraded images. I used Matlab to simulate the methods described in this paper.)
