使用Altera公司的FPGA进行VHDL开发。使用quartus2 9.0软件在EP1C3T144C8开发板上实现对一个十字路口的交通灯的控制，包括4个红绿灯和4个2位的数码倒计时器。-The use of Altera" s FPGA-VHDL development. Use quartus2 9.0 software EP1C3T144C8 development board to realize a crossroads traffic lights control, including four traffic lights, and four 2-bit digital countdown device.

说明：  在quartus上运行16QAM仿真，实现在modelsim上的波形仿真(Running 16QAM simulation on quartus)

可在FPGA上运行的8051 IP coore，是学习FPGA及SPOC的好资料。 (8051 IP coore, can be run on the FPGA is good information to learn FPGA and SPOC.)

说明：  点亮led流水灯，通过调用锁相环，可以更改对应的时钟。(Lighting the LED pipelining lamp, the corresponding clock can be changed by calling the phase-locked loop.)
