16C2550扩展串口驱动
由于采用S3C2440处理器作为主控制器，用到的串口通信比较多，处理器本身的串口不够用，最后决定借用外部芯片来进行扩展满足开发的要求。我传的这代码就是扩展的芯片在Wince系统下 的驱动程序。
