图像的线性变换

实现了卷积码的编译码，针对运算速度和存储进行了优化，已应用于实际的DSP芯片中。编译码器都基于参数化实现，可对卷积码的约束长度、生成多项式、是否进行咬尾操作等进行配置。译码采用Viterbi算法，回溯长度可配置。代码有详细的注释，方便维护。
