学习NURBS时写的NURBS曲线曲面的库-NurbsLib,用它就可以画NURBS曲线和曲面了。里面的源代码参照了The NURBS Book, 注意该程序只能编译出来库文件，NurbsCurve.lib和NurbsSurface.lib如果想画NURBS曲线和曲面还要自己建立OPENGL三维环境，根据节点矢量和权因子等调用该库绘制曲线和曲面。同时注意使用了matrix.h的头文件实现矩阵运算。
