linux下多线程读写文件，读线程进行从一个文件里读取数据到循环队列缓冲区并且控制写指针，当循环队列有数据时写线程通知写线程从循环队列把数据取走写入另一个文件中。写线程控制写指针，当循环队列有数据时，就写入另一个文件中，并通知读线程我已经从文件中读取数据然后写到另一个文件中。
