这是一个用VC编写的FIR低通滤波器，通过加汉宁窗实现。其中可以按照各种设计要求得到不同冲激响应的FIR滤波器，并能通过设计好的滤波器计算它的最小阻带衰减，以检查所设计的滤波器是否满足设计要求
