盲信号分离的fastICA算法，读取具有混合干扰的4幅图像，处理后显示分离后图像(Blind Source Separation Algorithm fastICA, read with mixed disturbance of four images, processed images show that after the separation)

一个基于matlab的车牌定位的原程序.可以实现精确的车牌定位。(a Matlab-based positioning of the license plate of the original procedure. Can achieve precise positioning of the plates.)
