motion dection 运动目标检测与跟踪(motion dection moving target detection and tracking)

(Including image preprocessing, water pollution monitoring and other functions)

(Written by SPIHT image compression code, the application of DWT-based image compression, welcome to download)

(Draw a rounded rectangle, ellipse, pie with a brush, and brush with a different color fill.)

说明：  特效显示，交叉飞入等。。。来自VC++图像处理程序设计配套光盘(Effects show that such cross-fly. . . From the VC++ image processing program design supporting CD-ROM)

(ASIFT algorithm, C++, affine transformation of the image matching more accurate, want to match more than SIFT operator points)

(plates source identification procedures, very useful! I also downloaded from the Internet, but I do own some changes!)

(The source code of optimal scale stretching image redirection is presented, and an effective image redirection algorithm is proposed to better guarantee the integrity of the image.)

(image histogram calculated the statistical characteristics, including mean, variance, entropy, such as third-order moments.)

(Display and interact with 2D 3D images in the simpleitk environment)
