VB在指定网段内扫描可用IP及主机名称，设置好需要扫描的IP起始段、结束段，点击控制按钮即可开始扫描。

说明：  计算齿轮时变啮合刚度的函数，里面包括了斜齿轮的，可以使用(Function for calculating time-varying meshing stiffness of gears)

读取二进制文件并修改其中指定的关键数字，替换为另一个指定数字(read data and change it)
