相位配准

这是对图像进行分块的代码，分块后提取LBP特征，站中有LBP代码，可以直接调用这个代码进行分块LBP特征提取(This is to block of code of image, block LBP feature extracting, after standing in LBP code, you can directly invoke the code block LBP feature extraction)

传统的HSV空间颜色特征提取算法，量化为8H3S3V.(HSV color space for the traditional feature extraction algorithm, to quantify 8H3S3V.)

说明：  高光谱遥感图像光谱解混的独立成分分析技术(Independent component analysis technique for spectral unmixing of hyperspectral remote sensing images)

用平均背景法去除背景，算法思想比混合高斯模型和codebook模型简单，适合提取背景变化较小的场景。用中值滤波去除掉产生的椒盐噪声(Average method to remove the background with the background, the algorithm thought codebook than the Gaussian mixture model and a simple model for extraction of small changes in background scene.
