自己编写图像旋转； （1）可以任意设定旋转中心； （2）旋转通过坐标矩阵和旋转矩阵一步到位，得出旋转之后的对于坐标矩阵；（myrotate和myrotate1功能一样，后者只是在前者基础上，将旋转矩阵和平移矩阵集成到一起了）； （3）自带构造测试矩阵，可以直接运行；(rotate img by myself all center )
