数字图像傅立叶变换

说明：  hslogic算法仿真，基于matlab的灰度共生算法的集成电路裂痕修复仿真(Hslogic algorithm simulation, integrated circuit crack repair simulation based on MATLAB gray level co-occurrence algorithm)

源点定位程序，可用于检测连通域等功能，代码是c/c++的，放心使用。(Source point positioning procedures, can be used to detect other functions connected domain, the code is c/c++, and ease of use.)

说明：  行人检测HOG+SVM进行图片中行人检测，提供训练用的pos和neg样本，效果还可以；没有SVM工具箱的，压缩包里已经提供了，安装一下即可(Pedestrian detection HOG + SVM for pedestrian detection in pictures, providing POS and neg samples for training, the effect is good; without SVM toolbox, the compression package has been provided, just install it.)

基于JPEG压缩的无参考图像质量评价算法，输入一幅图像，输出图像的评价值，值在0-100之间，越接近0图像的质量越好(JPEG-based compression algorithm for no-reference image quality assessment, an input image, the output image uation value, a value between 0-100, closer to 0 the better the image quality)
