基于MATLAB的车牌识别系统的源代码(可以实现)(The source code of the license plate recognition system based on MATLAB (can be realized))

说明：  基于计算机断层扫描技术的正弦图，使用滤波反投影算法重建图像(filter back projection reconstruct)

用SIFT算法实现了刚性和非刚性图像的配准 并且效果非常理想 SIFT的特征点的提取 描述 和匹配的算法有注释(Nonrigid Registration Using Free-Form Deformation. )

建立了普通话语音性别数据库,提出联合梅尔频率频谱系数(Mel2f requency Cep st rum Coefficient s , MFCC) 的特征提取方法和支持向量机(Support Vector Machine , SVM) 的分类方法进行说话人性别识别,并与其它分类方法进行比较。(A Chinese speech ( mandarin ) database was established for speaker s gender recognition. A combination met hod is p roposed for gender recognition of speaker s based on support vector machine and Mel2f requency cep st rum coefficient s (MFCC) for classification and feat ure ext raction respectively.)

说明：  出一个基于扩散与位平面Amold映射相结合的彩色图像置乱，以及采用Chen系统产 生的混沌序列加密的图像加密算法。(A combination of diffusion bit plane Amold mapping based color image scrambling, and Chen system chaotic sequence encryption image encryption algorithm.)
