Draw 3D Graph for image processing

能够选取一幅图像，对其进行灰度处理。设置了几种不同的灰度处理方式。(You can an image, gradation processing them. Provided several different ways of gradation processing.)

2维线性判别分析算法，可以应用于人脸识别等图像处理问题中。(2 dimensional LDA algorithm,it can be applied to face recognition and other image processing problems.)

1.首先从文件菜单打开程序目录下的car.avi视频,系统将显示视频的第一帧。 2.点击背景提取菜单，稍后会提取出背景并显示在打开的第二个窗口中。 3.当提取出背景后，点击检测跟踪菜单，对车辆进行检测和跟踪。 4.点击轨迹绘制菜单，绘制车辆的轨迹。 注：由于使用OpenCV打开AVI视频文件需要视频解码器，故在程序运行前请在电脑上先安装DivX类型的的视频解码器，否则将出现无法打开文件的错误。本程序使用的是OpenCV2.1版本，在没有安装此版本软件的机器上运行时需要将cv210.dll,cvaux210.dll,cvcore210.dll,highgui210.dll,ml210.dll这五个文件拷贝至*.exe可执行文件下。(First, open the CR. 说明：  用平方根算法进行矩阵的优化，以便使用卡尔曼滤波获得精确的值(kalman filter and pingfanggen method ，using it can obtain accurate value )

说明：  采用模糊C均值聚类算法求到欧式距离和方差，对数据集（特征+标签）进行分类并得到分类准确率(The Euclidean distance and variance are calculated by fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm, and the data set (feature + label) is classified and the classification accuracy is obtained)

说明：  双边滤波代码，双边滤波是一种非线性的方法,同时考虑到了图像的空域信息和灰度相似性,以达到保边去噪的目的.双边滤波通过空域矩阵和值域矩阵形成一个新的权重矩阵,其中空域矩阵用来模糊去噪；值域矩阵用来保护边缘.(Bilateral-Filtering code.Bilateral filtering is a nonlinear method, which takes into account the spatial information and gray similarity of the image to achieve the purpose of edge preserving denoising.The range matrix is used to protect edges.)
