用于计算在三维点云处理过程中的局部点云面积估算，精度很高。(Used to calculate the three-dimensional point cloud processing local point cloud area estimation accuracy is very high.)

说明：  就是用sfm方法把用相机拍摄的图像进行重建三维模型(The SFM method is used to reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the image taken by the camera)

根据离散数据点拟合圆，得到圆心坐标和拟合半径(Fitting the circle according to the discrete data points, the coordinates of the center of the circle and the fitting radius are obtained.)
