图像增强的matalab程序，里面有基于小波的，contourlet变换的，拉普拉斯塔等的增强，比较详细，有说明文件里面(Matalab image enhancement procedures, which have based on the wavelet, contourlet Transform, etc.拉普拉斯塔enhanced, more detailed, it has documentation)

说明：  一个pcnn方面的程序，比较原始，但是效果好(A PCNN procedures, more original, but effective)

读取256色，真彩色图像，分别显示，图像灰度化，二值化，直方图，直方图均衡化(Read 256 colors, true color images were displayed image graying, binarization, histogram, histogram equalization)

【实例简介】

卡夫曼算法，目标跟踪，可预测。简单算法，我在后面增加了汉语注释，方便初学者了解。(Target tracking using kalman，using this matlab program, you can see a ball tracked with a lable.)

k均值用于图像分割，对于相同颜色但深度不一样可以分割。(k-means for image segmentation, the same color depth can be split.)
