一个运动估计运算的MATLAB文件，本人已经测试过，非常有用。(A motion estimation MATLAB file operations, I have been tested, very useful.)

说明：  本程序基于MFC，VS2010编写，是一款可以打开任意视频格式的播放器，具有打开视频（任意格式，avi，mp4, rmvb,asf,avi,mpeg等）， 具有快进，快退，暂停，播放，上一帧，下一帧，截图，拍照，快速播放慢速播放功能，同时提供图像处理功能（视频图像增强，视频图像去雾，海上目标检测功能）。(This program is based on MFC, VS2010. It is a player that can open any video format. It has open video (arbitrary format, avi, mp4, rmvb, asf, avi, mpeg, etc.). It has the functions of fast forward, fast backward, pause, playback, last frame, next frame, screenshot, photograph, fast playback and slow playback. 基于C++的人脸分割的设计，C／Ｃ++语言、数字信号处理，最好选修过“数字图像处理”。(Based on the C++ face segmentation design, C/C++ language, digital signal processing, the best elect digital image processing.)

计算图像的几何不变矩—Hu矩，以及图像的相似度，在vc下实现。(Calculate the geometric image invariant moments-Hu moments, as well as the similarity of the image, achieved under vc.)

说明：  非下采样contourlet变换是一种较新的多尺度几何分析方法，能够很好地描述信号的线奇异特征，具有多方向滤波器组。(Nonsubsampled contourlet transform is a relatively new method of multiscale geometric analysis, can well describe the signal characteristics of the line singularity, with multi-directional filter.)

图像颜色一阶矩、二阶矩、三阶矩特征抽取。不带图像分块。(Image color first moment, second moment and three moments features)
