本程序实现了基于m-PCNN的医学图像融合算法，即多通道PCNN图像融合。(use for fusion)

说明：  IQA评估指标包括PLCC，SROCC，KROCC，PSNR，SSIM (Structural Similarity），MSE (Mean Square Error)，RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) ，信息熵 (Information Entropy)算法(IQA evaluation indicators include PLCC, SROCC, KROCC, PSNR, SSIM (Structural Similarity), MSE (Mean Square Error), RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) , Information Entropy (Information Entropy) algorithm)

对灰度图像进行水平投影、垂直投影、对角投影其中对角投影是自己编的，已经运行过的(hsdbjhcbj kdjnkdj dhcnkujfhk )

图像的各向异性扩散，利用matlab实现Perona_Malik算法，梯度阈值K通过对图像求解2-范数的方法迭代获得(Anisotropic diffusion images, using matlab to achieve Perona_Malik algorithm, the gradient threshold images by solving the K 2- norm method will be obtained)

matlab编写的对二值图像的数字水印添加与提取程序。压缩包中有示例图片。可以添加水印，结果肉眼不易分辨出变化，不影响使用。可加入信息长度达100个字节。提取时可验证是否被修改过，如未修改，可提取隐藏信息。当有修改发生时，可以定位修改的位置，并在图上标出。标识面积占修改面积的75％，一般修改都能标出(matlab prepared binary image of the digital watermark added and extraction procedures. 模糊聚类图像分割，还包括spectral clustering及其改进版（按照pr2010某paper）(image segmentation using fuzzy c means & spectral clustering)

该Matlab程序能够去除CT扫描得到的图像的环形伪影(The Matlab program is capable of removing ring artifacts from images obtained by CT scans)
