ostu与鱼群算法相结合，并且用matlab实现(ostu algorithm combined with the fish, and using matlab)

说明：  该程序通过雅可比矩阵求解Rossler系统的李雅普诺夫指数指数，并绘制了其频谱图。(The program solves the Lyapunov exponent of Rossler system by Jacobian matrix and draws its spectrum.)

利用自适应算法matlab程序来处理图像，弥补了直方图均衡化的缺点(Adaptive algorithm matlab program to process images, to make up for the shortcomings of the histogram equalization)
