将黑白图像转换成灰度级—邻域平均灰度级二维直方图(Black and white images will be converted into gray-scale- the average gray-scale neighborhood of two-dimensional histogram)

对图像处理后，将图像中的目标边缘提取出来，然后添加到原图像上(After image processing, the image of the target edge extracted, and then added to the original image)

说明：  取一个最优阈值把原图像分为前景色与背景色，两部分的类间方差越大，说明两部分差别越大，便能有效的分割图像。(Image threshold segmentation)

可对灰度及彩色图像进行压缩及解压缩，通过变量名可以实现基于不同方式（多级树集合分裂spiht，ezw,stw,wdr等）的压缩，形如wcompress( c ,X,SAV_FILENAME,COMP_METHOD)(The wcompress command performs either compression or uncompression of grayscale or truecolor images.)

matlab本身不带yuv视频读取函数，此函数读取并转换为RGB格式保存(Matlab itself does not have the yuv video reading function, which is read and converted to RGB format)

说明：  在matlab平台下，对一个文件夹下的图片自动改名，可用于大批量图片重命名问题，方便实用(Matlab platform, the picture on a folder automatically renamed, large quantities of images can be used to rename the problem, convenient and practical)
