原创基于c++语言编程实现了MC算法在三维图像处理中的应用，以及有许多二维图像到三维图像表面的重建过程算法。通过VC2008，编译已通过。(I have realized MC algorithm about the application of processing 3-D image based on C++ language also realised the technology on image surface reconstruction from 2-D to 3-D image.They are all compiled successfully using VS2008)

本程序是运用脉冲耦合神经网络（PCNN）算法进行图像分割的一个实例。基于PCNN的图像分割是一种图像像素相似度临近相似性的图像分割方法，已被广泛应用于图像平滑，分割及边缘检测等图像处理领域。(This program is an instance of the algorithm for image segmentation using pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). PCNN-based segmentation of an image pixel similarity near the the similarity image segmentation method has been widely used in image smoothing, segmentation and edge detection image processing applications.)

医学图像配准，医学图像2D_3D配准，基于vc++开发。(The registration of pre-operative volumetric datasets to intra-operative two-dimensional images provides an im- provedway of verifying patient positionandmedical instru- ment location. In applications from orthopedics to neuro- surgery, it has a great value in maintaining up-to-date in- formation about changes due to intervention. We propose a mutual information-based registration algorithm which es- tablishes the proper alignment via a stochastic gradient as- centstrategy. Ourmaincontributionliesinestimatingprob- ability density measures of image intensities with a sparse histogrammingmethodwhichcouldlead to potentialspeed- up over existing registration procedures and deriving the gradient estimates required by the maximization procedure. Experimental results are presented on fluoroscopy and CT datasets of a real skull, and on a CT-derived dataset of a real skull, a plastic skull and a plastic lumbar spine seg- ment.)

使用马尔可夫随机场进行图像分割，包括标记场、特征场建模和参数估计等，程序可运行。(image segmentation Using Markov random field , including label Field, features field modeling and parameter estimation, the program can run.)

radon 的逆变换,可以实现图像重建，前提是前面的投影用radon变换来做(iradon)

sar图像处理的滤噪小程序 用于图像的增强。(sar Denoising image processing applet for image enhancement.)

主要思想是用meanshift算法跟踪目标，拖动矩形框选择目标模板，meanshift自动跟踪 本程序的主要缺陷体现在帧差法自动识别目标，这部分功能与上一个功能独立，可用可不用，用于自动识别目标，效果不是很好，主要体现在对图像视频的要求是 背景（目标以外的所有事物）不能动(The main idea is to use meanshift algorithm to track the target and drag a rectangle to select the target template, meanshift automatic tracking The main drawback of the program is reflected in the frame difference method automatically identifies the target, which is part of the function and one function independently, may or may not, be used to automatically identify the target, the effect is not very good, mainly reflected in the requirements of the video image is the background (target All things outside) can not move)
