该程序是用ＭＡＴＬＡＢ语言编写的符合３ＧＰＰＰ标准的ＴＵＲＢＯ编码内交织器．(that the procedure was used to prepare the MATLAB with 3GPPP Turbo coding standards within intertwined device.)

(In the simulation control system of wind power generation, wind speed simulation is an important link, and the correct wind speed model can not only reflect the actual wind speed changes, but also provide the correct source parameters for wind power system research. In this paper, a combined mathematical model of wind speed is established by using MATLAB / Simulink. The model divides the wind speed into four parts: basic wind speed, gust wind, gradual wind speed and combined wind speed. The simulation results show that the model can reflect the actual wind speed perfectly.)
