批量的将图像转为tif格式，界面方面操作，放在ENVI的安装路径下即可(convert different format of image to .tiff)

去模糊的算法，有MIT做的，参考文献是siggraph06的文章，效果很好(Go fuzzy algorithms, MIT has to do the references are siggraph06 the article, very good)

对两幅图像进行相似度计算，基于相似度计算进行模板匹配，带有测试图像，可以直接运行(Calculate the similarity of the two images, the similarity calculation based on template matching, with a test image, you can directly run)

VC调用matlab引擎因为类别当中没有此类,所以放到了数值计算(VC calls the Matlab engine because there is no such class, so it is put into numerical calculation.)
