实现SAR复数数据bin文件的读取、写入，可被ENVI、PolSARpro等软件读取(SAR complex data read and write)

本代码主要是基于HSV的阴影检测及消除，分别提取前景及背景图像，进行色彩空间转换。HSV空间类似人类感觉色彩的方式，可以更加准确地识别阴影，并保持在计算上简单。(This code is mainly based on the HSV shadow detection and elimination, extract the foreground and the background image, respectively, for color space conversion. HSV space is similar to the ways the human feel color, can more accurately identify the shadow, and keep it simple in calculation. )

说明：  可自选输入和参数的中值/均值/拉伸滤波，各项参数说明详见.m文件注释(Median/Average/Linear Stretch Filter)

实现RGB到HSV空间转换，之后提取H、S、V分量后获取图像的颜色直方图和累计颜色直方图。(Achieve RGB to HSV space conversion, after the extraction of H, S, V components to obtain the image of the color histogram and cumulative color histogram.)

说明：  非局部去噪算法-nonlocal denoise 源码(Non-Local Denoising Algorithm-nonlocal denoise source)

1.DCT变换，对整个图像的直接DCT变换和分块为8*8做DCT变换，并设定阈值。 2.汉明编码（7，4），译码以及找出错误图样和纠错。并在不同的转移概率的BSC道下进行传输。(DCT:Direct DCT and IDCT,blocking. hamming coding:decoding and picking up errors.)

基于MRI的脑组织分割。首先从给定的MRI图像中得到脑区域，而后计算脑容积；再得到脑白质灰质区域，并计算百分比。(Given an MRI scan, first segment the brain mass from the rest of the head, then determine the brain volume. Also compare portions of gray and white matter present. )
