本程序实现了提取图像中直线的功能。能够很好地提取出位于边缘上的直线段，其结果表示为两端端点坐标以及线段宽度(This program realizes the function of extracting the edge line in the image.The straight line segment at the edge can be extracted well, and the result is expressed as the end point coordinates and line segment width at both ends.)

用matlab实现了图像通信中的全搜索算法与三步搜索算法这两种运动估值算法，给出了运动矢量图，对两种方法的计算复杂度和搜索性能进行了客观的比较。(Matlab image communication achieved by the full search algorithm in the three-step search algorithm with the two motion estimation algorithms, given the movement vector, the computational complexity of both methods and the search performance of objective comparison.)

批量读取某一文件夹下的所有地表潜热通量数据（.NC格式），全球数据，转换为TIFF栅格格式。遥感数据批处理。(Read surface laten heat flux data (.nc) to geotiiff format.)

说明：  使用硬/软阈值算法，求解各种不同范数约束问题，算法主要有三种(Contains three matrix completion algorithms and a demo script for running them. Also compares against other matrix completion algorithms - Singular Value Thresholding and Fixed Point Iteration.)

对车牌进行预处理（图像分割），然后进行文字识别(Pretreatment of the plate (image segmentation), and then proceed to character recognition)

说明：  提取亚像素精度的中心线的线检测算法，适用于线结构光的中心提取(Line detection algorithm for extracting sub-pixel centerline is suitable for extracting the centerline of line structured light.)
