运用harr特征+SRC（稀疏表示）分类实现的一种车辆检测方法，文件中提供了训练和测试车辆图片。由于时间原因，所用haar特征没有优化，维度过高，导致滑窗框图过慢，本代码只输出效果统计数据，以供大家参考学习稀疏表示在车辆检测中的应用。(Using harr feature+SRC (sparse representation) classification to achieve a vehicle detection method, the paper provides a training and test vehicle picture. Due to time reasons, the use of haar feature is not optimized, high dimension, resulting in sliding sash figure is too slow, the effect of the code only output statistics for your reference learning sparse representation in the vehicle detection.)

说明：  图像评估指标FSIM，传统全参考图像质量衡量标准FSIM（feature similarity），仿效SSIM的计算构成，同样由两部分耦合的幂指数，FSIM由PC项和GM项耦合(FSIM, the traditional full reference image quality measurement standard (FSIM), is composed of two parts of power index, FSIM is composed of PC term and GM term)

极坐标图像转直角坐标图像，相当于球面的展开效果，最好是正方形图像，但是长方形也可以。(POLARTOIM converts polar image to rectangular image)

bandelet 去噪，包含blsgsm和平移不变去噪，不过对大图像需要的内存比较大(bandelet denoising, including blsgsm and translation invariant denoising, but for large images need more memory)

LPQ——TOP特征提取源码及其应用，能够很好提取动态的表情特征，可以用在表情识别以及姿态检测上。(LPQ- TOP feature extraction and its application source code, can be a good dynamic expression feature extraction, can be used on face recognition and gesture detection.)

将RF信号处理为B型图像的工具包,非常好用(a toolkit to transfer RF signal to B-mode images)

说明：  bitMAP文件格式的图像的读取、与保存的算法，可以作为图像处理的系统的前道，非常实用。(bitMAP file format of the image read, and preservation of the algorithm, as image processing system of the former Road, very practical.)

视频格式转换 这里主要是mpeg格式 转化为avi，yuv等多种格式(Video format conversion here is mainly converted to avi mpeg format)
