This routine performes trellis quanization of input sequence and provides output which should be further arithmetically coded. The program can be used for research ot teaching purposes to study performance of vector quantization, in particlular code-based trellis (multidimensional lattice) quantization.

(Wavelet analysis of nonstationary signal processing because of its unique advantage in signal processing and become an important research direction in. Now with the wavelet theory system ceaseless and perfect, the time-frequency localization characteristic of wavelet based and multi scale characteristics in the image edge detection is very popular.)

(In MATLAB GUI (graphical user interface), to achieve the image displacement transducer frequency, adding Gaussian noise, image smoothing, discrete cosine transform, image reversal, and designed the Exit button.)
