说明：  基于双边滤波的retinex算法，暗光图像增强，有效去噪、提高对比度、去光晕；含论文和讲解PPT、实例代码(Retinex algorithm based on bilateral filtering can enhance dark image, effectively denoise, improve contrast and eliminate halo)

本文设计了一套指纹图像预处理和指纹特征提取算法, 利用方向滤波的方法对原始图像进行增强,使用改进的细化算法进行细化, 最后基于脊线跟踪的方法, 用改进的算法更为简洁而有效地避免了各种伪特征。设计的算法经Matlab 实现, 实验效果良好。(Designed a fingerprint image and fingerprint feature extraction algorithm using directional filtering the original image enhancement, improved thinning algorithm refinement, the last ridge line tracking method, the improved algorithm is more simple and effective way to avoid the pseudo-characteristic. 利用halcon mfc写了一个模板匹配demo，可以基于形状匹配，形状缩放匹配，灰度匹配对图像进行匹配

使用VC++ 6.0 和 OpenCv实现粒子滤波目标跟踪算法，主要功能在MFC对话框内实现。(particle filter object tracking)

说明：  用于处理亮度不一样或者曝光时间长短不一样的图像，通过图像融合增强图像效果。(Used to process images with different brightness or different exposure time, and enhance the image effect through image fusion.)

使用Splitting算法和GLA算法实现对图像的矢量量化及重新编码和重建。(Vector Quantization:To generate a 16-codeword codebook using Splitting Algorithm and GLA,then use this codebook to code the training image and reconstuct it.)

利用mask与Wallis算法实现影像匀光匀色(Using mask and Wallis algorithm to realize the uniform color of the image)

基于卡尔曼滤波器的监控系统的设计，实现了对运动目标进行识别，并对其运动轨迹进行预测的功能；当二值化图像超过一定阈值时，判断为有外人入侵，实现报警功能。(Kalman filter based on the design of monitoring system to achieve the recognition of moving objects, and its motion trajectory prediction function when the binary image exceeds a certain threshold, to determine the invasion of outsiders, to achieve alarm function.)
