说明：  最小噪声分离变换（Minimum Noise Fraction Rotation，MNF Rotation）工具用于判定图像数据内在的维数（即波段数），分离数据中的噪声，减少随后处理中的计算需求量(Minimum Noise Fraction Rotation (MNF Rotation) tool is used to determine the intrinsic dimension (i.e. band number) of image data, separate the noise in data, and reduce the computational requirements in subsequent processing.)

本程序产生二次雷达的应答信号，加高斯白噪声，解调成功。(This procedure generated a response of the secondary radar signal plus Gaussian white noise successful demodulation.)

图像剪切后，转换为LAB和HSV颜色空间，计算每个颜色通道的颜色矩，最后将所有变量整合到一个矩阵中。(after image cropping, convert the image into LAB nd HSV color space, then computing the color moments of each channel. finally combine this variables into one matrix.)
