说明：  自己实现的BM3D图像去噪算法。它首先把图像分成一定大小的块，根据图像块之间的相似性，把具有相似结构的二维图像块组合在一起形成三维数组，然后用联合滤波的方法对这些三维数组进行处理，最后，通过逆变换，把处理后的结果返回到原图像中，从而得到去噪后的图像。(Image Denosing by Sparse 3-D Transform-Domain Collaborative Filtering.)

在自适应中值滤波的基础上，采用均值与方差得到一个阈值，来判断极值点是不是噪声点！(On the basis of adaptive median filtering, a threshold is obtained by means of mean and variance to determine whether the extreme point is a noise point!)

输入待分解图像的数据矩阵 可以显示原始图像以及其尺度2的小波分解图 小波包函数可在函数中自行修改(The input matrix of the image to be decomposed can display the original image and the wavelet packet function of the wavelet decomposition graph of scale 2 can be modified by itself in the function.)
