主要是实现图像的融合,是在梯度域里面进行一个图像的融合，(shi xian tu xiang de rong he，in tidu yulimian rong he ercheng ,matlab huan jing,xia ,keyi yunxing qieyou ceshi shuju d e.)

用vtk+QT实现的MarchingCubes面绘制和光线投射体绘制，图形化洁面。(Surfacce rendering with MarchingCubes, Volume rendering with ray-casting, using QT+ VTK)

对图像进行欠采样，然后利用OMP 进行重构，其中用到了小波矩阵进行稀疏(The image is undersampled and then reconstructed by OMP, in which the wavelet matrix is used for sparsity.)

说明：  基于vtk的三维重构与裁切: 1.16位非压缩位图的读取与设置. 2.图像数据载入映射器 3.裁切平面的设置 4.边界的设置与显示 5.三维重构 注:需安装vtk4.0以上版本(It s about 3D reconstruct and clip based on VTK including reading and configration of 16 bits non_contracted bitmaps,the mapper for image data loading, configration of plane for clip,configration and display of borders and 3D reconstruct.(PS:VTK 4.0 or above version is needed))

说明：  对高光谱图像进行目标检测，首先滤波处理然后降维，利用输出能量最小原则用于探测亚像元的小目标。(In target detection of hyperspectral images, first filter processing and then dimensionality reduction are used to detect sub-pixel small targets by using the principle of minimum output energy.)

VTK8.0,ITK联合编译测试代码，编译环境VS2017，采用C++语言，内含属性表，无需使用CMake进行编译，能够成功运行(VTK and ITK compile and test code)
