本人长期从事matlab中simulink在无线通信上的仿真（通信抗干扰国家重点实验室），此Turbo迭代译码程序是我见过的最经典的链路，过程非常的清晰，尤其迭代译码部分巧妙的利用降速率用最简单的结构实现了复杂的迭代过程，值得同行学习，必有极大收获！(err)

实验中使用随机反向传播算法对构造的神经网络进行学习，最终得到构造的神经网络的权值矩阵。(Experiment using the random back-propagation algorithm to construct the neural network learning, the final structure of the neural network obtained the weight matrix.)

说明：  多项式拟合用于处理实验数据的一种有效方法，简单实用。并且举了一个例子三次拟合(Polynomial fitting of experimental data for processing is an effective method of simple and practical. And cited an example of three fitting)

基于3Gpp 标准化的 卷积码译码算法matlab程序(Convolutional decoder for 802.16)

该程序用于惯性导航系统误差模型中，求解最优增益，然后用增益引入阻尼。(Kalman filter in INS)
