说明：  一个简单的画图程序，提供基本图元点、线、面，图元填充、裁剪的操作(Simple Draw)

灰度图像的二维傅里叶变换(cv_gray_fft2)，二维傅里叶变换结果的幅值计算(cv_abs)，频谱平移(cv_gray_fft2shift)，将数值归一化到0到255区间(cv_range_0to255)是非常常用的四个功能！所以写成四个函数，方便将来调用！附运行截图~并附对应的MATLAB程序！(Dimensional Fourier transform of the grayscale image (cv_gray fft2), two-dimensional Fourier transform results to calculate the amplitude (cv_abs), spectral translation (cv_gray_fft2shift), the value normalized to range 0 to 255 (cv_range_0to255) is very common four function! so written as four function to facilitate future calls! attached run shot- along with the corresponding MATLAB program!)

对输入的一张彩色图像，自己写代码实现Harris Corner 检测算法： 1. 不能直接调用OpenCV 里面与Harris 角点检测相关的一些函数； 2. 只能用C/C++，不能用其他语言； 3. GUI 只能用自带的HighGUI，不能用QT 或其他的； 4. 平台可以用Windows， Linux, MacOS； 5. 显示中间的处理结果及最终的检测结果，包括最大特征值图，最小特征值图，R 图（可以考虑彩色 展示），原图上叠加检测结果等，并将这些中间结果都输出成图像文件； 6. 命令格式： “xxx.exe 图片文件 k 参数(=0.04) Aperture_size(=3)”。(The input of a color image, write your own code to achieve Harris Corner Detection Algorithm: 1. 说明：  双目测距bm算法，已经实现,基于vs2015+opencv3.2,测距精度很高，一米内精度一厘米误差(Binocular ranging bm algorithm, which has been implemented, is based on vs2015 + opencv3.2, which has high accuracy and one centimeter error in one meter)

此程序可以根据一幅图像的DEM读取一幅图像(This program can read an image of an image based on DEM)
