使用MSP430F149芯片，透过串口与电脑发送接收通信，波特率9600,8数据，无校验。使用32.768k晶振，使用P3.6和P3.7口作为发送和接收口，使用异步通信USART1，采用中断形式。实现通信，当单片机接收到什么字符后，它会自动把接收的字符发送个电脑(MSP430F149 chip computer through the serial port and send and receive communication baud rate 9600 data, no parity. 32.768k crystal form of P3.6 and P3.7 port for sending and receiving mouth use asynchronous communication USART1, the interrupt.
